LittleBigPlanet 2 Review PS3

LittleBigPlanet is a game in which you play ‘SackBoy’, a character who goes on all of your adventures with you and helps you on your way. It’s an ok game but is aimed at younger players (7+). This doesn’t matter because it is so creative in the way you can play…

The Game:

LittleBigPlanet2 starts off with another story, showing you many more things than in the first game (LittleBigPlanet). For example, the bounce pads and the grapple hook are used as the gadgets to help you do your ‘missions’ plus you meet lots of different characters like Da Vinci. Your aim is to defeat a gigantic monster (A.K.A Hoover!) called the negatrivitron who you fight in the final battle at the end of the game.

Creative Mode:

In Creative mode (The Moon) you can build anything you like. This can be achieved if you have unlocked the items from story mode or items that the community have built. There are really cool things you can build. For example you can do technical challenges involving or just level-making!

The Community:

When you manage to unlock a new planet named ‘The Community’ you can play with lots of other people plus see their levels too! You can see the ‘MM picks’ (MM is who created LBP2) or you could just see what people are playing, and maybe you can use the text search to find things to your liking.

Conclusion:

LittleBigPlanet 2 Is a fun, family game to play. You can choose to play by yourself or up to 4 players together. This game is getting cheaper by the second game because it is getting older and older. But there are many more LittleBigPlanet games you can play so there is much more fun for you and SackBoy. So in the end this game is fun to play with friends.
